If you are coming to Durham as an Erasmus student or from the International Foundation Centre at Stockton, you do not need to use this form and you should not use it. Your admission into Durham will be processed automatically. When entering your name information the Family Name / Surname must be exactly as they have been entered in your UCAS application. Note: Your surname should be entered with both upper and lower case letters. When entering the Course Code all letters in the code must be capital letters. When entering your UCAS Personal ID it should contain no hyphens and no spaces. Please note Banner will not be available from 5pm Friday 9th July until Midday Monday 12th July.
